Today I am going to review for you my all time favourite blue eyeliner: Twilight Sparkle from Avon’s Glimmersticks range.
MY TAKE:
The eyeliner comes in a retractable pencil form. Beware because the half centimeter rule applies here! For those of you unfamiliar with this rule: it applies for retractable eye and lip pencils, which tend to break if you twist up the stick too much! For this eyeliner too, only twist it up half a centimeter at a time or else it WILL break.
The eyeliner does not tug on my eyelids. It is highly pigmented – the swatch on my hand shows a single swipe, however it needs two or three swipes for the true colour to show up on my eyelids. It does not sting or irritate my eyes.
The colour twilight sparkle is a deep blue. As with all the Glimmersticks eyeliners, it has fine shimmer particles embedded in it which show up when you apply the eyeliner. These shimmers catch the light and look very pretty on the eyes. Even though there’s a lot of glitter, it doesn’t feel gritty on your eyelids.

The eyeliner is smudge proof and water proof and stays on my eyelids for the whole day. It needs a makeup remover to be taken off completely – the shimmer is quite hard to remove!
When I saw quantity I was like what?! But the quantity provided for the price is quite satisfactory because it’ll last you a long time. So it’s nothing to worry about.
